This mornings mission first and foremost was to indulge in a Schoon pasteis and a pick me up flat white. Schoon Eatery have just opened their new site in Stellenbosch and it is beautiful. It is a curated space with decor and fittings carefully selected to create that Schoon feeling, if you have ever visited one of their other stores, you will feel and visually absorb their essence and unique style. This is the third Schoon Eatery where our tiles have featured and we absolutely love their choice and use of the Stone, Kalahari & Light Sand Hexagon’s for the entrance. These 3 colours are subtle in their differences, but when placed together show their unique colour variation and it just works.
